Young Research Scholars in Prehistory & Quaternary Sciences
What's this conference all about?
The aim of this conference is to bring young archaeologists together as an academic community. We aim at sharing our research, understanding multiple viewpoints cross-cutting disciplinary boundaries, and building new network s for future research and collaboration .
Here, we reach out through this conference, remembering Robert Bruce Foote who discovered the first Palaeolithic artefact in India on May 30, 1863. Foote's work firmly established prehistory in India, and today, we follow in his footprints. On the day of this significant discovery, we invite Young Research Scholars from all over the world to come together to discuss their research with the same scientific curiosity and enthusiasm that Foote demonstrated .
Time Periods: Palaeolithic to Neolithic & Chalcolithic cultures
